No motorcyclist plans on eating pavement, but if they do it wouldn't be too bad of an idea to have on one of the latest motorcycle safety trends - the Impact Jacket. The device is essentially an airbag built in to the lining of a jacket. The bag inflates in less than half-a-second after an impact, providing extra support for places like the neck and chest. The jacket has already been credited with saving one man's life. They go for around $400.
