$380 dollars might seem like a lot of money for a water bottle. But, when you can dip that bottle into the Sacramento River, screw on the top and take a swig of perfectly clean water, it just might be worth it. It's called The Life Saver Bottle. The bottle can distill up to 6,000 liters without a filter change.  The British man who invented the bottle says he came up with the idea when he saw people waiting days for fresh water afer disasters like Hurricane Katrina and the south Asia Tsunami.

The filter is so advanced, it even purifies water contaminated with fecal matter. I'd just take their word for it on that one.
