1. Making dreams come true. Taking people on their first balloon ride brings me my greatest joy.

2. Every flight is a new adventure. We never know where we are going to land or when we’ll arrive.

3. The serenity of a balloon flight. It is truly captivating. The calm drift on soft winds is peaceful and magical.

4. The challenge of competition at balloon events where I can practice my skills.

5. Flying in different locations from the vineyards of Sonoma to the Red Rocks of Gallup, N.M., or the vistas of the Austrian Alps. The views are spectacular.
