Presentations 101

As a salesperson, you are frequently asked to make presentations in front of groups of people. Are you formatting your presentation to match the different learning styles of your audience? If not, here are some procedural tools that can help your presentations sing.

Managing The Expectation

It is important to give and receive concise information in advance of your presentation. Inform or ask for the pertinent presentation parameters such as, content, allotted time, possible entertainment value, and over-arching goal. By managing expectations first, you will have cleared the most important hurdle of a successful sales presentation.
    While actual content cannot be effectively discussed here, with shared clear and concise expectations, the actual content of your presentation becomes easier to manage. To effectively share your ideas and information with a group of people, it is important to remember that individual adults — including you —
