Lincoln Not Rocklin, Careful With "Entrepreneur" and This Prosper's for You

On May 12, 2004, Governor Schwarzenegger announced a historic budget agreement between the state and local governments, right here in Elk Grove. Later known as Proposition 1A, this proposal was passed overwhelmingly by voters last November and helps local jurisdictions such as Elk Grove keep vital city services intact, like police and fire protection.
Thank you Gov. Schwarzenegger for your leadership and commitment to local governments! Because of your efforts, local property and sales tax revenues stay in our communities, which helps our residents receive valuable services in a timely and reliable manner.
