Popular cosmetic surgical techniques also include:  
Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) — removal of excess fat and skin and tightening the abdominal wall muscles.  
Brow lift — tightening muscles and forehead skin through incisions in the scalp.  
Facial implants — performed using Gore-Tex or other synthetic materials to add structure to a receding chin or give cheekbones greater prominence.  
Laser resurfacing — layer-by-layer vaporization of the skin surface to soften lines, facial scars and unevenly pigmented skin.
