According to a report from J.D. Powers & Associates, nine of 10 chief financial officers nationwide believe the new rules and procedural requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act are greater than the benefits. What a shock.

Ever wonder how many cars pass through a single lane of I-5 during rush hour? About 2,000 per hour, per lane.
