Take the Hit and Move On

It is inevitable, no matter what you sell, at some point a customer will want to return your product. Thus, you face the dreaded un-sale. Un-sales come in many different categories:
     The unravel: Your deal has fallen apart and you must now pick up the pieces.
     The return: Your customer decides not to keep your product and wants their money back.
     The exchange: Your customer wants to trade the item, and get credit for another item.
     The partial sale: Your product has an obvious flaw and/or the customer uses part of the
