The World Is Her Community

By Carol Terracina Hartman

The vice president and manager of California Bank & Trust’s Arden Way office in Sacramento builds bridges wherever she goes, connecting people and places in the business world, the Asian community and the arts.

She said, ‘Yeah, me!’” Yep says. Two weeks later, Chiang opened in “Tea,” by Velina Hasu Houston, a local playwright.
