Question
I am the owner of a successful company that manufactures boxes. I started the company with my wife in 1977. In those days, we didn't have much money or other resources but we certainly had passion.
In three years, our good idea developed into a $2 million company. We still owed the bank for our equipment, but we finally started to see profits. Today, after two acquisitions, we have three locations, our revenues have grown to $16 million annually and we have a fine staff of 200 employees.
My problem is this: I have lost the passion for my business. It's getting harder and harder to get up and go to work. It is almost like having a bad job that I hate. How can I get that passion back?
